Ink Eze Launches “Creative Business Bestie”A New Series for Nigerian Creatives to Learn, Share and Grow.
Ink Eze, widely recognized as the visionary founder of AsoEbiBella and the driving force behind the phenomenal growth of BellaNaija Weddings online, has returned with an exciting new venture: Creative Business Bestie. This social media series is designed to empower African creatives, equipping them with the tools and strategies to transform their talents and passions into sustainable, profitable businesses.
For over a decade, Ink has nurtured AsoEbiBella into the largest African fashion community on the internet, a platform that has not only generated billions of impressions but has also redefined how African fashion and culture are celebrated across the globe. Her work has amplified African style, making it more visible and influential on the world stage.
Yet, amidst this success, Ink identified a critical gap: while many creatives excelled in artistry, storytelling, and design, they often struggled with the business side of creativity from monetization and branding to scaling and sustainability. Creative Business Bestie steps in to bridge that gap, offering practical insights, mentorship, and inspiration for a new generation of African entrepreneurs in the creative economy.
“When I first began, there was no guidebook to follow,” Ink explains. “I didn’t know how to set my rates, manage client expectations, or even protect the value of my work. Every lesson came through trial and error, and the journey wasn’t always easy. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned so other creatives don’t have to struggle through the same uncertainties.”
#CreativeBusinessBestie, launching this Friday, September 26, 2025, is more than just a social media series it’s a candid guide to navigating the realities of building a creative career in today’s fast-paced world. From mastering customer service and understanding pricing psychology to ensuring sustainability and longevity in business, the series dives into the essential skills many creatives are rarely taught. It also creates a safe space for open, honest conversations about the highs and lows of creative life the struggles, the small wins, and the big victories.
Ink Eze brings a unique perspective shaped by both global education and hands-on industry experience. A Brown University alumna and Oxford MBA graduate, she has combined academic excellence with real-world expertise. Beyond founding AsoEbiBella and shaping BellaNaija Weddings, she has also contributed to some of Africa’s most influential digital movements, including the viral #HerMoneyHerPower campaign, which spotlighted women’s financial empowerment across the continent.
“This is for the photographers, stylists, planners, creative directors, designers for everyone shaping culture in their own way,” Ink says. “Creative Business Bestie is about proving that we can thrive while doing what we love. Together, we can build careers that are not only profitable, but also sustainable, responsible, and stylish.”
